Your Right to Return

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any item, in accordance with EU consumer law, without needing to provide a reason.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@thechalkco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Send the item(s) back in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. We will not refund any additional delivery charges you may have chosen (e.g. express shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing their original packaging or tags
  • Sealed hygiene products that have been opened

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@thechalkco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at our expense.
